Steam Mobile first launched in January of this year and has now received its first major update. Steam Mobile for iOS is a free app that serves as a game connectivity platform.
Like many other apps, the new version of Steam Mobile is taking advantage of the iPhone 5’s larger screen, but it has also gotten a lot of other updates and improvements. With this update, access through the Steam Mobile app is now available to all Steam account holders and the chat reliability issues that some users have been experiencing has also been fixed so there is less chance of the app crashing unexpectedly.
Issues regarding global menu rendering have also been fixed, like the inability to select “Settings” after device rotation and support for 25 languages has also been added. There is also improved general stability for the app overall.
