While Samsung likely wanted to unveil its rumored Samsung Galaxy S4 mini at its upcoming Premiere 2013 event in London, the company seems to have accidentally already taken the curtain off its downsized Galaxy phone. The Galaxy S4 mini was spotted on Samsung’s official site today, before being later removed by Samsung.
The thumbnail on Samsung’s site displayed a white picture of the rumored phone with the product code “GT-I9195.” While rumors and leaks have been circling for some time regarding a smaller version of Samsung’s popular S4, this is the most concrete and definite evidence yet that the device is in fact coming.
The device is rumored to downsize to a 4.3 inch 540 x 960 display. Other rumored specs are that it will have a dual 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor as well as an Adreno 350 GPU.
Expect an official announcement for the device to come in the next few weeks.
