Following last week’s release of iOS version 7.0.4 which brought some minor bug fixes, it seems like it won’t be too long until we get somewhat of a bigger update.
Apple today released a beta version iOS 7.1 to developers, which would mark the first significant update since the introduction of iOS 7. While we yet to have an official list of changes, it seems like the update will focus primarily on a number of performance issues and bugs.
Some interesting new features that developers have begun to report include a new “dark keyboard” accessibility option as well as a new option for uploading a collection of pictures taken with burst mode.
It’s impossible to say when exactly iOS 7.1 will be released to the public, but expect it to be fairly soon. The beta software is reportedly set to expire on January 13, 2014.
