When you love what you do, you find ways to contribute. How many times have you worked on a personal project while home sick? You’re not alone. Steve Jobs is also putting in time while off on medical leave. According to the Wall Street Journal, Jobs is still intimately linked to Apple’s major decisions regarding product development.
No one knows what ails Jobs, and we refuse to speculate about his health. But, according to the WSJ, Jobs is still working on the next iPad 2 and iPhone 5, both of which are slated to be released later this year.
There were also some rumors late last week that suggested that Jobs makes appearances on Apple’s campus from time to time. We’re sure the news is music to the ears of stockholders. As the San Francisco Chronicle points out, most of this news isn’t all that surprising since Jobs himself stated that he would continue “as CEO and be involved in major strategic decisions for the company” during his medical leave announcement.
