Just a few months ago, a number of Dropbox users had their accounts hacked and as a result Dropbox has been adding some new security features to prevent something like this from happening again. Now a new Dropbox update has also been released, introducing a few exciting new features.
In August, Dropbox added support for Vimeo so that people could upload content directly. Now Dropbox has added new social features with support for Facebook and Twitter so you can share files easily on your favorite social networks. Once the content is in your Dropbox, you just have to choose the social network and post the content right onto your timeline.
Facebook Messages is also part of the new update, so you can send a picture or video to one or a few people, rather than showing it to everyone on your Facebook.
The Dropbox update also brings support for AirPrint. Dropbox version 1.5.5 is now available on the App Store for free so follow the link below to enjoy these new features or to start using Dropbox.
