Apple iCloud Senior Project Manager John Herbold is leaving the company on the eve of the product’s launch.
Herbold has joined Nashville-based HealthTeacher, a company that works to provide “a comprehensive online resource that would make it easy to teach good health habits to children.”
In the company’s press release, Herbold said he hopes:
To dramatically bend the curve on youth health, we must create engaging and innovative experiences that make good health cool and aspirational all while encouraging kids to move beyond the screen and be more active.
Earlier in 2011, both Bertrand Serlet, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Mac Software Engineering, and Ron Johnson, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail, both left the company.
