Good news Brazilians! If you feel as though you’ve been missing out on that Apple Store experience, you know, like changing all the Mac backgrounds to something vulgar or posting statuses on someone’s Facebook account who forgot to log off, well you can soon do all that too!
Brazil will see the grand opening of its first ever Apple Store on Saturday, February 15th, when the Rio de Janeiro location will open its doors for the first time. The store will be located at the VillageMall luxury shopping center, found in the city’s popular Barra da Tijuca borough.
The store’s hours will be from 11 AM to 11 PM from Mondays to Saturdays, and 1 PM to 9 PM on Sundays.
If you live in Rio de Janeiro, you can already go reserve your spot online for some workshops at the Apple Store, such as an introduction to iCloud or an introduction to the iPhone. If one of your Apple products has been acting up, you can even already schedule a meeting with an Apple Genius.
Just be skeptical if one of the employees starts talking to you like this.
