If discounted content is your thing, the new Apple Store app has something for you. Apple has begun to giveaway free content on the app that has been cut down from its traditional price, including apps, songs and books.
The first free piece of content to show up is the app Color Zen, a puzzle game that usually sells on the app store for $0.99. Users can access the promotion by visiting any individual Apple retail store page, without having to actually be in the retail store.
The offer for Color Zen expires on August 27th, but Apple says, “be sure to check back frequently to see what other games, apps, songs, or books are available. ” The promotion also appears to be exclusively for U.S. and Canadian residents.
