Griffin Technolgies has unveiled their first Verizon iPhone 4 case. This case is considered an ‘armored’ case, and it’s similar to the military grade iPhone Case I reviewed last week.
The Griffin Case is compatible with both the Verizon and AT&T versions of the iPhone 4. It meets the United States military and UK Defense standards. There is an adjustable clip that allows you to securely attach the case to a belt or backpack strap.
This case is not just available for the iPhone 4, but also for the iPod touch. There are three colors available: olive, white/black and pink/black.
I’m not sure if anybody needs a $49.95 case, but this case is 50% of the price of the military grade case that I reviewed last week. If you really do want heavy duty protection then this is a much cheaper option. This case is not much more expensive than some other cases available for iPhone 4.
