If you’re looking to quickly take credit card payments directly on your iPhone or iPad, but have no idea where to track down those nifty Square readers, you’re in luck. In addition to being available online, they’ll also be for sale at an Apple Store near you.
Starting this week you’ll be able to walk into an Apple store and pick up the Square reader for $9.95. Buying the reader will credit your account $10.00, so when it’s all said and done, Sqaure’s paying you a nifty $0.05 to try our their device.
Unfortunately, the Square reader is only available in the US, and only works with US-issued Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Now you have no excuses to get out there and make some money!
