Last night Apple started seeding iOS 4.2 Gold Master to developers. Usually there isn’t much updated between the final iOS beta and GM, but Apple has managed to slip in an updated multitasking bar this time around. In addition to playback controls, there are now brightness controls and an AirPlay button.
It looks like we no longer have to go digging to turn down the brightness of the screen. Now, if only we could figure out a way to turn the orientation lock switch back on, despite Apple’s wishes.
