Man, we already know a lot of great things are coming to iOS 6, some borrowed and some new, but what we tend to overlook are the tiny details that illustrate exactly what sets Apple apart from the competition. Attention to detail is what makes Apple great, and it’s exactly why iOS is more responsive than the competing products. But this crazy little iOS 6 addition puts it over the top: Apple has introduced reflections on its metallic sliders that change when you tilt your phone.
Call it a parlor trick if you want, but to us it illustrates one thing and one thing only. Apple’s still sweating the details. That, my friends, is a great tell for the future.
