Everyone knows about Apple’s Geniuses, or the people in the blue shirts carrying around iPads and other Apple devices. When you walk into an Apple Store, you can talk to any Apple Genius for help or to answer any questions you have about Apple products, but what happens when you have a question about peripheral products that you use with your Mac, like printers? Well, if they’re made by HP, talk to an HP Expert on Expert Day!
Tomorrow HP is holding an Expert Day for Apple users who might have questions about how an HP product works with Apple devices. Starting at 7am PDT until 5pm PDT on August 15 (tomorrow), you can take part in a day-long session dedicated to answering questions about Mac, iOS, and AirPrint for HP products and peripherals.
To take part and get support on HP products, log into the Customer Support Forum page to register for free and then go to the Mac Printing & Scanning Board. When you post a question, make sure to select the “Email me when someone replies” option so that you’re notified when an Expert answers your question.
HP has also stated that Mac users who upgrade to Mountain Lion from Lion or Snow Leopard won’t have issues following the upgrade as the company has Mountain Lion software updates for the HP Deskjet 2510, Deskjet 3520, Officejet 4620, Officejet 6100, and Photosmart 5520 printers and all-in-one printers.
If you use HP products with your Mac and have questions make sure to register for Expert Day. This is a great way to learn more about how HP products work with your Apple devices.
