File manager and document viewer ReaddleDocs for iPad has been updated to version 4.0 and along with that update comes a whole new name for the app. Now called Documents by Readdle, the app is “the perfect file manager, document viewer and media player for iPad.”
According to Readdle, “You will use it constantly, at home, office, university or on the road, every single day.” And the best part is that Documents is completely free. The app replaces separate document viewers, PDF readers, download managers, and media players. Instead, Documents rolls all of these features into one app.
Documents lets you access files from your computer and sync with Dropbox, iCloud, and other services. It’s also a document viewer so you can look at different files, like PDFs, and even create text files. You can also save documents rights from the Web for later offline reading. The media aspect of Documents lets you play video and audio and can be used to look at photos.
You can get Documents by Readdle for the iPad via the App Store now. And did I mention it’s free?
