With Tony Stark rocking transparent screens in The Avengers, and that DJ during Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 announcement dropping beats and still being able to see the crowd through his screen, we had to stop and wonder what an iPhone with a transparent screen might look like in the rumored iPhone 5.
Turns out, Dakota Adney already had that idea and put together an interesting concept video. It won’t happen, but it’s interesting to see what a transparent AMOLED screen could look like in the iPhone. There are a lot of neat situations where that kind of technology would be awesome in a phone, but there are plenty more situations where it would be the most annoying thing about the iPhone.
Fun stuff either way though.
