Apple has started to offer free next day shipping with all online iPhone orders in the United States. This offer only applies to iPhones purchased via the Apple Online Store, but can be used on any iPhone model including the iPhone 4, 4S and 5. An individual customer can purchase up to two iPhones at a time using the next day shipping deal.
The electronics giant has started this promotion just a few months after catching up with demand for the iPhone 5 in the United States. Apple’s timing behind this promotion almost coincides with the release of the BlackBerry Z10, HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4, some of the iPhone 5’s biggest upcoming competitors. This shipping speed boost will likely sway customers who need a smartphone instantly, but don’t want to deal with their closest cell phone store to purchase it.
As of now, we’re not sure if this promotion is temporary or if it’s a permanent deal for iPhone purchases. However, it is worth noting that Apple has always offered free standard shipping with all orders over $50 in the Apple Online Store.
