Isn’t it always the way that when you really need your phone, it suddenly has little or no battery left? Well, a new project on Kickstarter has a solution for this. The Everpurse lets you charge your phone wirelessly from anywhere just by slipping your iPhone into the pocket.
You can carry the Everpurse on its own or slip it into a larger purse or bag while you’re out for the day. When you get home, just drop the Everpurse on the white charging mat to recharge it wirelessly. The Everpurse has enough battery power to charge an iPhone from 0% all way to 100%, twice.
Everpurse also has a couple of styling options. The creators teamed up with two Chicago designers to help design the bags. Interested buyers can choose between three colors in fabric and leather, or can help select additional colors. Each purse comes with a charging mat.
Still not convinced? Here are some other neats tidbits about the Everpurse. If anything gets spilled on it all of the technology inside is protected safely behind the lining so it won’t be damaged. For those wary of putting credits cards inside the Everpurse, the technology has been tested and there is no interference between credit cards and the wireless charging.
So what can you expect to pay for the Everpurse? If you’re interested you can pledge $99, which will get you one fabric purse, or $129 for a leather purse, both with the charging mat, if they make it to production.
