If you’re looking to purchase an iPhone 5S at your local Apple Store, you may want to check this handy stock checker tool before heading out. iPhone-Check is a new website that, after inputting your desired iPhone color, desired carrier, and your local ZIP code, will show all Apple Stores in the area alongside their availability status of the iPhone color you inputted.
The tool works by scrapping readily available stock information from store.apple.com. However, it’s worth noting that this website doesn’t take carrier stores and third-party resellers into account. So if your desired iPhone model isn’t available at your local Apple Store, it might be worth popping into your local phone shop to check if it have it.
The iPhone 5S was announced last month at an Apple media event that took place on September 10th in Cupertino, California. The device sports an Apple A7 CPU, a fingerprint scanner, and a 4-inch Retina Display. You can purchase the device in three colors: Space Gray, Silver, and Gold. The phone was announced alongside the lower-end iPhone 5C which is available in multiple colors and features a plastic construction. The iPhone 5C starts at $99 whilst the iPhone 5S starts at $199 on-contract.
