There are trash cans, then there are smart trash cans. Hitting nothing but net from 20 feet away just elevated your game to Larry Bird status. The smart trash can, developed by Minoru Kurata, runs around the room and always manages to catch your garbage.
When you toss garbage at it, a sensor detects where the junk will hit the ground, sends off the calculations from a computer to the trash can, and then the can moves to the exact locations, snagging the garbage before it hits the ground.
Nothing but net every single time. I’ll take those odds. Well, almost every single time… but not really.
